– Additional Furnishings: Includes stylish console table in the entry or a key area, plus accent chairs or benches in master bedrooms (space permitting) and main living areas (space permitting).
– Art & Decor: Increased budget for art and decor, including painted accent walls.
– Bathroom Upgrades: Stainless steel soap dishes and trash cans, plus hair dryers with storage bags in full baths.
– Pool Essentials: Pool towels and plastic dinnerware, based on occupancy and pool availability.

Warranty
Our warranties go through our partners, Hudsons Vacation Interiors as follows:
At Hudsons Vacation Interiors, they offer the best warranty available in our industry. They take the standard manufacturer’s warranty which is typically one year, and extend it to three years! Anything the manufacturer will cover for one year; they will cover for three.
Some furniture stores provide extended warranties beyond one year, but usually they come with an additional cost. Investing in established brands with reliable histories ensures you’re supported when you need it most.
Hudsons has been in business for over 21 years, and their parent company, 42 years. Their warranty is included, and we will be here if you need us.
Exclusions: Electronics (TVs, DVD Players, Gaming Consoles Etc), wall coverings (Wallpaper and murals), game room tables as well as gaming arcades, patio furniture slings, and any bonded leather upholstery all of which will have a one-year warranty. Additional Exclusions may apply. (Consult your designer for details).
